If you are not satisfied with any course within 5 days of purchase, we can refund the course (minus any state fees/charges, if applicable), or exchange the course for one of equal or lesser value, unless you have started the course exam. If the course becomes no longer approved with the Department of Insurance within 30 days of purchase, we can refund the course (minus any state fees/charges, if applicable), or exchange the course for one of equal or lesser value.
