Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering along with an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance. He also holds a Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 (RIA), a California Insurance License (Life/Health and Variable), and a California Real Estate Brokers License.
